What you will learn in our Training Camp:

*Nutrition: Most Importantly you will learn Nutrition and how it affects your ability

*Bike/Quad setup: Your rides setup is a crucial part of your safety and what gets you to podium.

*Body positioning: When you ride you need to always look at being in the attack position, be ready for anything and how you should be setup in corners, in the whoops, jumping etc.

*Start Line Techniques: Learn from the best on how to leave the gate and how to get better at the Holeshot.

*Passing: Learn techniques of passing while holding your line for example how to pass in the corners.

* Learn to corner: Cornering and where you need to be at is one of the most important aspects of racing.

*Jumping: Learn how to setup for a jump, how to gage the jump, preloading etc., learn how to use Bike English in the air for all types of jumps.

*Braking: Learn how to use your front brakes more than your back brakes, learn the techniques of braking from top riders in the region.

*Whoops: Learn to attack whoops and not be afraid of them, learn to find the best line.

*Quad Training by Drew Lattimar (Pro-Am)

*Saturday Mornings we will be training new riders. This includes trail riding and general instructions on how to ride either quads or MX motorcycles. You will need to call for an appointment. This will start at 9AM every Saturday. See track management for further details.
